Thank you for your interest in the Wolves Spring Rec Cup soccer tournament! Please familiarize yourself with the tournament overview below, and/or read our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section before applying.

For teams in the 10 and Under (10U) and younger brackets there will be NO Finals games and NO Awards. All teams in these ages will be guaranteed three games, but no official standings will be kept. On Sunday afternoon all players will be invited to attend a Wolverhampton North American Academy training session with coaching staff from the Wolverhampton Wanderers English Premier League team. These sessions (at the tournament fields) will be split by age group (U8, U9, U10...) and perhaps further by gender depending on the number of attendees. Academy sessions will be 45 minutes to an hour, with the schedule to be announced once brackets are published.

Older teams (11U and up) will have three (3) games guaranteed, with advancement to finals games determined according to bracket size as listed in our rules. Champions and Finalists will receive individual and team awards.

All games in the 11U and older brackets will have two 30 minute halves. We will not play longer games due to the possibility of hot weather. 10U and younger games will be the standard game lengths. Water breaks during games may occur at the referee's discretion. The game clock will keep running during water breaks.

This tournament is for Recreational level teams. We may offer some brackets for older, low level Select teams if field space and applications allow. Select teams will be cut first if we are overbooked. Full refunds will be made in all cases of teams that are not accepted.

Your application and payment DO NOT guarantee acceptance. This is an invitational tournament, and the tournament committee will accept teams from the applicant pool based on our ability to create the most competitive brackets.

Some brackets may fill up before the application deadline. In such cases applications will continue to be taken but on a standby basis only.

Players may play for ONE TEAM ONLY in the tournament. NO Exceptions. For health and safety reasons we do not want players participating in more than two games a day. Full tournament rules may be found at This Link or at the Tournament Center.
